Author Guidelines

Organizers should follow the below guidelines and implement it while preparing the conference proceedings.

Abstract proceedings

Proceedings Template - Based on your conference, we will create a template with the name of your conference and send it to you.

Please look the above template and fill the data as per the instructions.

1. Year and Page Numbers: Please enter the year of conference organized and page numbers (start and end of the abstract / paper).

2. DOI: IntelliMindEd will take care of it.

3. Your Conference Name: Please enter your conference name completely. 

4. Volume and Issue: We will provide you both Volume and Issue. 

5. Title of the Presentation / Abstract / Paper: Please enter the title clearly. 

6. Author Name: Please enter the complete name of the author as per their official records.

7. Author Affiliation: Please enter the complete affiliation of the author i.e. Designation, Department, Institution / Organization / Company, City, State, Country.

8. Corresponding Autors: It should be indicated with * (asterisk) and enter the email id of the corresponding author after the affiliation of all the authors (Pls look at the template).

9. Abstract: It should be divided into 4 parts such as Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion. Please read the instructions in template and follow them.

10. References: It is mandatory to write the references and cite them in the abstract at the appropriate places. IntelliMindEd will submit all the references to DOI / Crossref as well as it will be indexed in Google Scholar. So the authors can get the citations to their works / papers.

10.1. Reference Style: Follow anyone reference style from ACM, ACS, APA, ABNT, Chicago, Harvard, IEEE, MLA, Turabian, Vancouver, AMA.
